At Cain Ellsworth, we are always looking for great team members to join our team.
Currently, we are hiring a full or part-time Accounting Specialist. We are looking for a bright, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Our Accounting Specialist will work with our clients to prepare their payroll and quarterly payroll returns. This individual will also maintain bookkeeping and financial activity in QuickBooks and process monthly investment accounting.
Candidates should have QuickBooks and payroll experience, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, stay focused, manage multiple deadlines and projects. An Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent job experience is required.
