I’ve had the good fortune to watch this video twice in the past few weeks. It’s about 18 minutes long and absolutely worth your time.
Think about what Simon said in the video. I’m guessing most of us really do have a pretty good idea about what we do. I would also agree that a significant number of businesses & leaders understand how they do it, although not everyone does. I had to give it a little thought, but it’s something most leaders could reasonably articulate.
But what about the why? Why do you do what you do? Are you able to articulate that? Have you even thought about it? I’d challenge you as a leader to take some time this week to think about your why. I think it has the potential to change how you function as a leader and as a business.
